Visitor Registration Notes and Admission Rules
1. In accordance with relevant regulations, all Visitors must register under the Real-Name Authentication System and bring their original and valid Chinese Resident ID Cards / Travel Documents (e.g. Passports for foreign Visitors) for onsite verification and entry. Photocopies and screen captures are not accepted. Visitors who fail onsite identity verification will be denied entry.
Visitors who successfully pre-register will receive an E-Pass with a QR Code:
• For Visitors from Overseas, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan Region: Please present your original and valid travel documents onsite to the staff at the “Visitor Service Counter” for identity verification. Your E-Passes will then be activated for entry.
• For Visitors Holding Chinese Resident ID Cards: Enter directly by swiping your original and valid Chinese Resident ID Card.
Gentle Reminder: Mobile registration is available only toVisitors witha China mobile number.
2. A Registration Fee applies. However, Visitors can have the Registration Fee waived with valid “Invitation Code”. Payment can be settled via Alipay, WeChat Pay or PayPal*.
* All applicable fees will be converted into U.S. Dollars at a fixed exchange rate determined by the system.

3. Admission is restricted to industry professionals. Visitors under the age of 18 will not be admitted.
4. Visitors holding valid Visitor Pass can visit both CHINACOAT and the concurrently held SFCHINA Exhibition.
5. Trade Associations or enterprises forming a delegation of more than 5 Visitors may enjoy exclusive pre-registration assistance. Please contact the Organizer directly at vr@sinostar-intl.com.hk for details.
6. Visitor E-Passes are strictly personalized and non-transferable. Visitors found using another person’s E-Pass will be denied entry by the Organizers and with the E-Passes voided. The Organizer reserves the final right to refuse registration or admission of any person at its sole discretion.
