Metro

From Airport N. Station (Terminal 2) / Airport S. Station (Terminal 1), take Line 3 (North Extension) to Tiyuxilu Station and change to Line 3 to Kecun Station to get on Line 8, then alight at and exit from Xingangdong Station Exit A. Fare is RMB¥8.00. Journey time is about 60 minutes.

Air

High Speed Rail

The 'Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong' High Speed Rail service departs from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station to Guangzhou South / East Railway Station every day. Journey time is about 50-105 minutes (depends on selected train trip). From there, take a taxi to the Venue with fare about RMB¥35.00 and RMB¥85.00, journey time of about 15 and 30 minutes respectively (depends on traffic condition).

Intercity Railway

Take the East Rail Line of Hong Kong MTR to Luohu Station and walk for about 5 minutes to Shenzhen through Luohu Port. From there, take Guangzhou-Shenzhen Intercity Railway to Guangzhou Station. Journey time is about 80 minutes. You can then take a taxi to the Venue. Fare is about RMB¥50.00 and journey time is about 20 minutes (depends on traffic conditions).

Bus

Cross Border Bus service is available with various pick-up points in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories as well as the Hong Kong International Airport. Journey time is about 3 hours.

From Guangzhou Railway Station, Guangzhou East Railway Station and Guangzhou South Railway Station

Metro

Guangzhou Railway Station (Line 2 / 5), Guangzhou East Railway Station (Line 1 / 3) and Guangzhou South Railway Station (Line 2 / 7 / 22 / Foshan Line 2) are all connected with the Guangzhou Metro network. Follow the instructions for transfer to Line 8, then alight at and exit from Xingangdong Station Exit A.

Taxi

During daytime (05:00-23:00), starting fare is RMB¥12.00 for first 3km, with additional RMB¥2.60 for every subsequent km up to 15km. From 15-25km, the fare is increased by 20% per km, and after 25km, increased by 50% per km. Passengers need to pay on top the tolls for roads or bridges generated during the journey.

Parking fees for non-truck vehicles are RMB¥10.00 per small / medium car per entry, RMB¥20.00 per large car per entry and RMB¥30.00 per extra-large car per entry.
