From Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport
Metro
From Airport North Station (Terminal 2) / Airport South Station (Terminal 1), take Line 3 (North Extension) to Kecun Station and change to Line 8, then alight at Xingangdong Station and exit from Exit A. Fare is RMB¥9.00. Journey time is about 60 minutes.
Taxi
Fare is approximately RMB¥150.00-180.00. Journey time is about 55 minutes (depends on traffic conditions).
From Hong Kong to Guangzhou
Air
Journey time from Hong Kong International Airport to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport is about 60 minutes. Please contact your travel agent or our Official Travel Agent for flight information and reservation.
High Speed Rail
Several trains operate daily from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station to Guangzhou South and Guangzhou East Railway Stations. Journey time is about 50-110 minutes, depending on the service. After arrival, you may take taxis to get to the Venue. From Guangzhou East, the fare is about RMB¥40.00 and the journey takes around 20 minutes. From Guangzhou South, the fare is about RMB¥80.00-100.00 and the journey takes around 40 minutes (depends on traffic conditions).
Intercity Railway
Take the East Rail Line of Hong Kong MTR, alight at Luohu Station and then walk about 5 minutes through Luohu Port to Shenzhen Railway Station. From there, take the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Intercity Railway to Guangzhou Station (approx. 80 minutes). After arrival, you may take Metro Line 2 to Changgang Station and transfer to Line 8, or take a taxi to the Venue (fare is approx. RMB¥50.00-60.00, journey time is about 30 minutes).
Bus
Cross Border Bus service is available with various pick-up points in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories as well as the Hong Kong International Airport. Journey time is about 3 hours.
Ferry
High-speed ferries operate from Hong Kong China Ferry Terminal (Tsim Sha Tsui) and HKIA SkyPier directly to Pazhou Ferry Terminal (adjacent to Area A of the Venue). Journey time is approximately 120 minutes. Single fares start from about RMB¥220.00 (China Ferry Terminal) / RMB¥380.00 (HKIA). Passengers departing from HKIA are eligible for a HK$120.00 departure tax refund at the pier. After arrival, it is a 5-10 minute walk to the Venue.
From Guangzhou Railway Station, Guangzhou East Railway Station and Guangzhou South Railway Station
Metro
Guangzhou Railway Station (Line 2 / 5), Guangzhou East Railway Station (Line 1 / 3) and Guangzhou South Railway Station (Line 2 / 7 / 18 / 22) are all connected with the Guangzhou Metro network. Follow instructions for transfer to Line 8, then alight at Xingangdong Station and exit from Exit A.
From Other Parts of Guangzhou
Metro
Take Line 8, then alight at Xingangdong Station and exit from Exit A. Follow the instructions for transfer if you need to change from other lines.
Taxi
During daytime (05:00-23:00), the starting fare is RMB¥12.00 for the first 2.5km, with RMB¥2.60 charged for each additional km. For trips between 15-25km, a 20% surcharge applies; For trips over 25km, a 50% surcharge applies. In addition to the metered fare, passengers are responsible for any highway tolls and bridge fees.
Driving/Parking
Daytime parking fees (07:30-21:30) for small non-truck vehicles are RMB¥2.50 per half hour for the first 3 hours and RMB¥5.00 per half hour thereafter. For further parking details, please refer to the Chinese version of the Manual.
ATTENTION!
During peak hours (07:30-09:00 in the morning and 17:00-19:00 in the evening), non Guangzhou registered small passenger vehicles are prohibited from entering the restricted control areas. For details, please refer to 2026 Guangzhou Traffic Restriction Regulations (Available in Chinese only).
